Payments and invoices

Payment problems, GST invoices and the policy for your purchase.

Which payment methods and currencies can I use?

Use the payment methods and currency offered in the checkout for your purchase. Check the final amount and currency before authorising payment; an option available for one purchase may not appear for another.

If EMI or instalments are offered, read the provider's repayment schedule, interest and fees before choosing them. If your preferred method is unavailable, contact [email protected] with the product and method you want to use.

If your employer is funding the purchase, agree on its payment or reimbursement process separately. The GrowthX membership or programme seat remains assigned to you.

Can I pay from outside India?

Yes. You can buy GrowthX Membership and GrowthX Build Sprint from outside India with an international debit or credit card.

  • Billing address: on the checkout, change Country from India to your country first. Then enter your postal code, city and state or province as they appear on your address. If your country does not use postal codes, enter 00000.
  • Currency: the amount is in Indian rupees (₹). Your card provider converts it and may charge a foreign transaction fee.
  • If your card is declined: some banks block international online payments by default. Ask your bank to allow the payment, or try another card.

If you still cannot pay, email [email protected] with your account email, what you are buying, your country and the exact message you see.

Can I combine a discount, referral benefit or member offer?

Do not assume that a discount, referral benefit and member offer can be added together. The offer's conditions and the final checkout determine what applies to your purchase.

  1. Sign in to the eligible account. Check the offer's product, validity and account conditions.
  2. Review the checkout total. Check which benefit is shown and the amount you will pay before authorising payment.
  3. If the expected benefit is missing, ask before paying. Email [email protected] with the offer link, product, account email and a screenshot of the checkout total.

Use the current purchase page for bundle prices and member rates. A benefit shown for one product does not establish that the same combination applies to another.

My payment failed or is pending. Should I retry?

Check whether money was debited before retrying. A failure message and a bank transaction can arrive at different times.

  • Pending, still confirming or debited: keep the payment reference and check for a purchase confirmation. If the result remains unclear, email [email protected] before paying again.
  • Confirmed failed, no debit and no successful purchase: retry through the official GrowthX checkout. Check the account, product and amount first.
  • Purchase confirmed, but access is missing: report the access problem with the purchase reference instead of starting another payment.

When contacting support, include your account email, product, payment time, reference and the exact status shown. Do not share an OTP, PIN or card security code.

Money was debited but no order or access appeared. What should I do?

Avoid making a second payment while the first transaction is being checked. First confirm that you are signed in to the account used for the purchase. Open Settings → Billing (Invoices on mobile) and look for the purchase by item, date and amount. Also check any confirmation you received; an email is not the only place to check. If an invoice exists but access is missing, include the invoice reference in your report. If nothing appears, keep the bank or payment-provider reference instead.

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your GrowthX account email and the product or event you intended to buy.
  • The payment reference, amount, currency, date and approximate time.
  • Whether you received a purchase confirmation or invoice.
  • The missing-order or locked-access message and the page link.

Attach a screenshot showing the transaction's status, with unrelated transactions and sensitive payment details hidden. The team needs to match the payment to the GrowthX purchase; a bank debit alone does not establish that access was activated.

I was charged twice. How do I report it?

Report both transactions together so the team can check whether they paid for the same purchase. Email [email protected] with your account email and the product you intended to buy.

For each transaction, include its reference, amount, currency, date and time, and the status shown by your bank or payment provider. Include any GrowthX order or invoice references you received.

Attach screenshots with unrelated transactions and sensitive details hidden. Say whether both entries show completed or one is still pending; two visible entries are not enough to determine whether both payments completed.

The team can check the records and confirm the next step. Do not make another payment while the duplicate-charge report is being reviewed.

Can an invoice be corrected after payment?

Ask the billing team to check the correction; updating your profile does not change an invoice already issued.

  1. Find the invoice. Open Settings → Billing (Invoices on mobile), match the item, date and amount, and download the document. If it is missing or unavailable, keep the purchase or payment reference instead.
  2. List the changes. Put each incorrect field beside its correct value—for example, legal name, billing address or GSTIN.
  3. Send the request. Email [email protected] with your account email, invoice number, changes and invoice attachment. If you cannot get the document, say so and include the payment reference.

The team must confirm what correction is possible. Do not edit the issued PDF yourself or treat the request as a corrected invoice; use the document supplied after the request is resolved.

How do I request or follow up on a refund?

Was your event cancelled? The refund is automatic and starts within a few hours of the cancellation. Open My Events → Cancelled on growthx.club to see where it is: scheduled, initiated, or sent to your bank. Banks usually take 5–7 days to show it once it's sent. If it says the refund failed, email [email protected] with the event name.

For a new refund request, email [email protected] with the purchase details and reason. Include your account email, product or event, payment reference, amount and purchase date. Attach the relevant cancellation notice or offer condition if it explains your request.

Purchases on GrowthX, including membership, renewals, programmes and event tickets, are non-refundable unless the page you bought from or the product's terms say otherwise. If you paid for membership before your application was decided and were not accepted, that payment is refunded; request it from your application status page. Submitting a request is not approval; the Terms of Use explain the general policy and exceptions.

Following up on an existing refund? Reply in the same email thread with its reference and whether the money has reached your account. If the processing estimate you were given has passed, say so and ask for the current status and any available tracking reference.

A refund being initiated is different from the money arriving in your bank account. Never share an OTP, PIN or banking password to receive a refund.

What happens to access, credit notes and instalments after a refund?

Ask for confirmation of what is being refunded and what happens to that purchase's access. A refund request alone does not tell you when access changes or which documents will be issued.

  • Access: ask which membership, programme or event purchase is affected and when the change takes effect. Do not assume a refund for one purchase changes every product on your account.
  • Invoice or credit note: reply in the refund thread with the original invoice number and ask which updated billing document applies. Keep the original invoice and refund confirmation together.
  • EMI or instalments: ask the lender how the refund affects the outstanding balance, repayment schedule, interest and fees. Do not stop repayments solely because you requested a merchant refund.

If the refund confirmation and your account access do not match, reply with the affected page link and payment reference so the team can check the same purchase.

How do I get a GST invoice?

Open Settings → Billing (Invoices on mobile) in the account used for the purchase, and find the purchase in the list.

  • Choose Get GST invoice. If one already exists, use its download option.
  • Enter your GSTIN, registered company name and registered address, then choose Generate invoice.
  • Download the GST invoice from the list.

If you cannot see the option on your phone, use Billing on the desktop website. If generation fails or the purchase is missing, email [email protected] with the purchase reference and the error.

Patience—you’re about to be impressed.
