Renewals and expired access

Check your membership term, renew and recover access after payment.

What will renewal cost, and which benefits does it include?

Sign in and open Settings → Membership (Subscription on mobile), then choose Renew Plan if it is available. You can also open the renewal page to review the offer shown for your account.

Before paying, check the total price, membership term and included benefits. A previous payment or an older announcement may describe a different offer.

Renewal does not automatically include Build Sprint or other separately sold programmes. If a written offer addressed to you differs from checkout, email [email protected] with the offer and checkout screenshot so the difference can be checked before you pay.

If I renew early, do I lose my remaining time?

No. Renewing early adds 12 months to your current end date, so nothing you have already paid for is lost.

If your membership runs until 30 June and you renew in April, your new end date is 30 June the following year, not April.

Open Settings → Membership (Subscription on mobile) to see your current end date, and check it again after you pay. If the new date does not look right, email [email protected] with the payment date and amount.

What is a grace period, who gets it and when does it end?

A grace period is temporary courtesy access after a paid membership term. It is granted to particular accounts, not automatically to every member, and is not a new paid term.

Check the end date in your account's access notice. If it is unclear or conflicts with Settings → Membership (Subscription on mobile), email [email protected] with both displayed dates.

Grace access does not necessarily unlock every benefit: claiming a perk can require a paid renewal even while other access remains available. Under the Terms of Use, GrowthX may grant or withdraw a grace period. Do not assume it will continue beyond the date communicated to you.

Can I pause, defer or transfer membership?

Membership is personal and cannot be transferred to someone else. Not using it does not pause its term.

For a pause or deferral, check whether your original purchase terms provide one. If you have a written agreement with GrowthX, email [email protected] with that agreement, your account email and the dates you need checked.

A programme's deferral option applies to that programme under its own conditions; it does not automatically pause your membership. Do not treat a request as an approved change until the team confirms it.

Can I return after a long gap, and do I need to apply again?

Start with your existing GrowthX account. Sign in and open Settings → Membership (Subscription on mobile). If Renew Plan is available, follow it to review your current renewal option.

Whether you need to apply again depends on the route available for your account. If no renewal option appears, email [email protected] with your account email, approximate previous membership dates and the message you see.

Ask the team to confirm the return path before creating another account. If you cannot sign in, start with the account help guide so your existing purchase history stays connected to the right account.

I renewed but still see expired or locked access. What should I do?

Do not pay for another renewal just to clear the lock. First check the payment and the account it belongs to.

  1. Check the confirmation. Confirm that the purchase succeeded and was for a membership renewal, rather than a separate programme or event. A bank debit alone does not confirm that the renewal was applied.
  2. Check your account. Make sure you are signed in to the account used for the renewal. Refresh the page or reopen the app, then check Settings → Membership (Subscription on mobile) again.
  3. Report what is still wrong. Email [email protected] with your account email, renewal reference and payment date, displayed expiry, and the link or name of the locked page.

Attach the payment confirmation and a screenshot of the access message, hiding unrelated payment details. If the membership date updated but one page remains locked, say that explicitly: it helps separate a renewal problem from access to that particular product.

Patience—you’re about to be impressed.
